Selling a house for the first time I realized I needed someone with experience, good communication skills and a good referral. Mike Patel came highly recommended by a friend who holds high standards.
He clearly understands the real estate business and guided me with coreect information helping me make informative decisions. Through out the process he kept me updated per phone/email and was there when I needed questions answered. My house not only sol for more than it was priced but it sold within 2 days with escrow smoothly closing in 30. Selling or buying a home is much too big of a decision and process not to have a highly experienced and successful agent at your side. I highly recommend Mike Patel.
