Mahesh/Mike has recently helped me and my friends sign a lease a house in Anaheim. I came by to view the house on a weekend and Mike answered all the questions we had regarding the house. He was very professional and was very prompt and quick in responding to emails. We had two to three weeks to find a house before my previous lease ended and thanks to Mike, we were able to meet this deadline! The lease was signed within a week and a half from the date I viewed the house and we moved in that same weekend after the lease was signed.
