We’re going to take a mini tour of the house just to give you features on what a $1.5 million house buys you hills or areas near Anaheim hills. This house is listed for almost $1.5 million won’t give you the exact price. There’s a 24 hour guard over there. It’s a beautiful community with lots of homes, lots of spaces between homes, a lot of homes have large yards, a lot of homes as views. And specifically this house on Kenyan Miss is a really beautiful house. It’s priced really well. 4000 square feet 1.5 I think it’s a steal. Let me show you inside. This house is fully remodeled, or mostly remodeled. It’s in ready moving condition.
The sellers have been here quite a while and they’ve taken really good care of the house. As you can see these hardwood floorings Plantation Shutters crown moldings as you can see over the dining area downstairs there’s a bedroom, but they’re using it as an office or a temporary office right now. We can be made into a nice good size downstairs bedroom. The beautiful weather here it’s a beautiful location and the association here is $402 a month which is very reasonable. Considering that there is a guard gated community. These are joining our guard and they take care of the landscaping and other things in the community.
The prices may seem high these homes were selling in the $1.3M range a couple of years ago, but in California prices has gone up 27% overall, so these prices have gone real high. But in the last seven months, there has been five or six sales and the average home sales in this neighborhood is selling for $466 per square foot. Of course that’s just an average but assuming you have a pool or a view or a large yard, some of them have large yards, you could fetch $500 a square foot and if a house across the street sold about a year ago for much less but it needed a lot of work. So the range is anywhere from $400 a square foot to up to $500 a square foot in the Belsomet community in this hot COVID-19 market. This house is actually a four bedrooms plus this huge den, which leads us to the master bedroom. It’s a huge master bedroom and this huge king size bed makes it look smaller but it’s a huge bedroom. There are actually three bathrooms upstairs, including the one in the master bathroom. There’s also another upstairs bedroom. It’s pretty large high ceilings ceiling fan and if the shutters are open, you get the view of the Canyons that we saw earlier. On the left side of the stairs we see the other two bedrooms. This one’s pretty much vacant or empty as the sellers are getting excited to move. Hopefully pretty soon and here is the fourth bedroom upstairs.
